Hmm abit puzzled but, open your model with WC3 Viewer and " show used texture names " or extract them.

i made a new skin and now i want to prewiev it with this tool with the model

current file / remap texturesselect the skin you edited
press button "change.."
search the blp on your pc and add it
btw perhaps you need do deactivate some of the meshes to see it correctly
