Textures Turns White

All of my textures turn white all the time for some reason.

Here's what I did:
1) use photoshop 7.0.1 to make the 32bit .tga without compression
2) use warcraft iii image extractor to convert the .tga to .blp with 100% quality.
3) import my model made from gmax, and the skin
4) rename the imported files to whatever it should be.
5) restart editor.
6) model is always completely white.

I can't find anything wrong with my model. When I use Blizzard's textures, it would show up correctly, but none of my textures work. I tried different colors, different alpha channels,no alpha channels, nothing works.

I was able to make skins easily for models and for the loading screen before, but now everything turns white. This probably happened at some time after patch 1.20 or 1.19. I doubt there is something wrong with my photoshop since the images display correctly everywhere else except for warcraft.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

hm...maybe your program is corrupted, my psp saves and total wrecks the tga and the alpha and the uv, i suggest anotehr prog and check the mdl headings/paths.
and make sure u have the right alpha channel.
