Um, I'm sure there's some shareware or free or trial good quality program. And all of you people that use something like photoshop, but don't use any of the features and techniques cause you don't know how to use it, find a tutorial on skinning and photoshop. I remeber finding a very good tuu on skinning a while ago but I don't member where it was.

I can suggest Gimp to you, its a free program that has many of the features Photoshop has.

I have a better question, why do you feel the need to single out peoples work and criticize it in an excessively negative way? Perhaps there are young Warcraft 3 users who simply want to try to contribute to the community however they can. Singling out "bad" authors will destroy their motivation and enthusiasm for creation and possibly turn them away from the design world altogether, especially if they are young. If someone feels pride for their work I don't think its anyones place to put their efforts down. Calling attention to what you consider to be poor pieces of work seems rather heartless and unnescessary.

Thats right. A skin can help over thousands of map makers worldwide. A attempt can even impress some. Everyone, even I have done a " crap " skin before.

I know I can't skin. I'm trying to learn how to. But I'm not going to waste site space on crappy skins.
