Ok, I think some of us joined wc3sear.ch because of wc3campaigns. And so, wc3campaigns played an important role for this site. It was practically the resource section of wc3c. However, now wc3c has its own resource section and wc3sear.ch is itself a forum.
Conclusion? I think we are unoficially separated from now on. Tell your opinions about this. Is it a good or a bad thing?
The WC3C that had us as a download section died a fair bit of time ago
This is basically a new site with the same name, a simular design, and maybe a few old people
But WC3C never used to have a lore forum. And this new one does
But yes, we're seperated because the site we were with died. Though Whitehorn does do stuff over at WC3C now and he comes here every now and again

hmm...this sites like a massive snail...pretty colours, assorted flavours inside but slow and boring..while yet very familiar all the time, while wc3c is like a butterfly, pretty colours..sparkles and leaves disco lights...stays in bright areas and the has the ability to change colours..thus meaning wc3c has somethin new pretty much all the time and is alot faster and less sluggish and bulky..but ib never heard of a snail eating butterfly or a butterfly eating snail so i guess we r still friends for ever untill one of us dies, then we can both feed on the sweet delicious cabbages.

Actually, this site was as much the "interface" for the resource section as it was the download section, a n amount of resources were hosted at wc3c.
I fully support wc3campaigns, and I understand that it won't work with this site anymore, even if it would, it couldn't because Darky doesnt' give a ****/ don't has the time, even though he has the time, he just uses it on WoW instead.
This site used to be good, but it is falling fast now, because of Darky's inactivity.

________________ And in many cases i would love to see a new, little bit brighter design. I love this design but it starts to bore me after a while. Im not even sure what sort of system this is so i cant say to much so...
This site is a bit sluggish and slow, perhaps its time for a change. I think it would be good if every1 moved from this site to the other one so we get one big community.
I always loved those spell olympics things vexorian did, but the other site always seemed dead, perhaps its now starting 2 pickup.
Lastly quite a few resources on this site seem broken, mainly the old models/skins etc. or perhaps its just me, *shrugs*.

The status is actually official as far as Wc3campaigns is concerned.
Users at opposite sites enjoy the ongoing mud slinging match, but its not down to this.
Wc3sear.ch started out as a 'sister site' when it became the download section. It grew from there with the addition of general forums - this detracted from its purpose and showed Darky had intentions beyond wholly supporting Wc3campaigns.
[He accused me of derailing interest when I formed the Hubb - yet had his own competing site.]
Wc3c is once again an indepedant body - we have our own download centre recreated, and intend to keep it organised and civil.
Its not like you can't visit both sites. Although the extent of visiting this site lasts about as long as the page timeout.
Whitehorn’s statement above is correct and clear. Further debate of this issue is unnecessary. Wc3Campaigns welcomes anyone who wishes to post there, even if they post here as well. As you can see, even Wc3Campaigns staff posts here at Wc3Sear.ch. Just because we have restored Wc3Campaigns does not mean Wc3Sear.ch is dead in the water.
And I didn't suggest that... I didn't mean by the split that you won't accept our members to post there. Just the fact that the two sites are now independent!
