WE Unlimited Help wit sound

i tryed and tryed and cant seen to find out how to play a sound to owner of triggering/targeted unit. is there a way to do this?? if so please help me out..

there are two ways:
1) JASS, dont ask me about JASS
2) The easiest way. DL WEU. There u have the function where u can play a sound for a player
