My favourite game is Sonic & Knuckles. But sega is very old! And you need to specify what console (Gamegear, Megadrive 1/2)

Lucky Dime Caper starring Donald Duck

For Sega Game Gear:
Sonic & Tails (Sonic Chaos)

For Sega Megadrive/Genesis:
James Pond 2: Codename Robocod

For Sega CD/Mega CD:
Sonic the Hedgehog CD

For Sega 32X:
Knuckles Chaotix

For Sega Saturn:
-never played Saturn, but Sonic R is fun on PC version-

For Sega Dreamcast:
Stupid Invaders (extremely difficult, but funny) -for the moment-

For the Genesis: Probably the Thunderforce series.

...and Alisia Dragoon, of course.

For the Saturn, probably Radient Silvergun and Princess Crown. For the Dreamcast: Alien Front.

For genusis: Dr. Robotniks mean bean machine.

For dreamcast: Puyo pop (i think thats what its called...) or sonic adventure.

For game gear: Sonic Labyrinth (LONG LIVE THE SLOW SONIC!)

also- Cyborg Justice was cool too (i think that's what it was called- but you could make your own robot)

I never played on a Sega before, but I have a Sega emulator for the pc, my fav is Ecco the Dolphin.

I've got the genesis emulator and have all the Sonic roms. So I guess Sonic's my fave video game series.
