Tutorial. how to make a Blood rune icon, the icon took me less than 5mins..
for those iv seen trying to make runes..
Sorry about the text, the text option/tool appears to be fecked up.
and i made a bad choice on text tones...

Rememer to resize an icon by pixel resize then when your done shrink to back to 64x64 using smartsize.

i use psp, should work the same on psp 8+
