WC3 Viewer is a free to help iconers, skinners and modellers. It exports skins and models in your mpq, converts file types, previews .blp and models...
It doesn't let you model or skin though.

Units\Demon\Infernal\Infernal.blp

I'm so smart at skinning that I've memorised dozens of skin paths without opening wc3 viewer or image extractor

Another path needed

Id normally be able to find the paths of most of the skins but i dont know the path of the spell breakers. CAn anyone tell me?

Spell breaker skin is War3x.mpq
It may have a different name

Textures\BloodElf-SpellThief.blp

As Sopho said you can find it in the war3x.mpq

Also skins may not have the same name as the model. Example - for Heroes, they have " HeroNAMENAME "
