you could try lyke going in wc3viewer, print screen your peon then remove the grey around him and cnp him into a scene so maybe it could be easier eh?

Well...I was sort of calling it kicking, but I DID say that it was the worst one so far. I didn't realize about the alignment problem...

And I know I shouldn't make such big .gifs, I just couldn't help it.

And as far as the programs (and I'm not sure this is the best way), I'm using Fireworks MX to make all the frames, and then importing them into Flash MX.

I'm not sure why the last two had that white border around them; I think it's something that Flash MX did to them, but it didn't do that on the first one. That's why the first one was smaller even though it had 20 frames.
