Power circles

Im making a hero map and i need to make power circles beside the tavern to pick people, ive found the model thing for them but how do i bind them to each player,
This may be a noob question but please please help, kk thanks all

I dunno for sure if this is what u mean. but... select the circle of power then go to general and change the player
