Whusuz, I have a question... How can I submit (Icons) that I made?

in the right corner u can see this: 'Add/Update Resources' click that and then go to icons

Hey I made Icons in photoshop but when I can't save them as (alpha chanel).

I dont konw much about computers, do you know how can I save Alpha channels (to covert to blp later)

Targa (.tga) with 32-bit, since 32-bit supports alpha channels. Then you use Wc3 Image Extractor to convert the targa to blp.

I just posted my Icons on the site and some dude told me that I riped them from some artwork, then told me to delete and Fuскоff.
