Equipping Weapons with Special Effects Triggers.

Ok...i'm not sure if this is supposd to go in this forum...but anyway if you can give me some help it would be greatly appreciated.

I need a model to hold a weapon. Example i want right hand i put "hand right" or "right hand" or "hand" and "right" and is it same with left hand..if you can give me a list of these it would be very appreciated.
