MMORPG problem load heroes

Hi

I ve made a mmorpg where you can save your heroes and load them...
In the singleplayer it works perfect, i can store my hero, get my number, close the game. Open the game give in the number and get my hero back.
But when i try to do the same in the bnet, it doesnt work! :-( ! You can't load the heroes there.

Maybe anyone of you can help me?

So you cant load your guy when othe ppl are playing?

Yes, but it must be possible. There is a map: Final Fantysy MMORPG (don't no exact name...) There it works.
But i can't open the map in the editor... :-(

Maybe someone knows how it's made there?
