I badly need help

I want to put a music file into my map but it is a .mid file witch do not work. And I need a free program to convert it to .wav or .mp3. But the problem is I have not found any free programs witch convert .mid to .wav or .mp3. I badly need help
(Also I wasent sure where to post this..).
