Making attachments out of missiles

After my failed request, i have decided to make my own attachments. Basically, i am making a pitchfork out of the Wind rider missile. The wind rider missile needs to downsized a little, and to make it non spinning. Also, when attached it is attached at the tip of the spear, therefore needs a little bit changing.

Will be glad if someone points out the easy way to do it, without making me spend 1 week to learn to model.

Move the missile in your program of choice so its centre is on the origin (IE: 0,0,0) and then just remove its animations through any animation remover tool. I prefer Magos' WC3 editor, but each to their own

There should be links up the top to Magos' and hopefully Oinkerwinkle's. If not, Oinkerwinkle's are at www.oinkerwinkle.com/tools

Ok, i am still stuck. I tried MAgo's WC3 editor, but i dont know how to delete the animation.

Sequence Manager I believe should allow you to delete it

Right click on the "stand" animation and delete

Tsk tsk, inefficient. You'll be wanting to remove all the keyframes in each bone too. Deleting the sequence, on the grand scale of things, does sweet FA.
