The Abomination of the orc race

Alirght i know people usly dont make there own charicter models but comone people. i look at the orc models and about 80% are all just 2 types of orc put together can't anybody make one from scratch or aleast modify it more then just putting a grunt body armor onto a warlock?

I'll find you some of the awesome scratch made orcs I've seen

One is an orc on a chariot being pulled by two wolves. Another is Kargath Bladefist, chieften of the Shattered Hand clan

one thing im doing is making siege weapons for orcs. I got a siege tower for them but it kinda high poly becuase i have the grunt model inside (like 6) any ideas how i can optimize it?

Well, I know a way, but it mostly involves cutting down how many grunts you have in there

I do believe that polycount is the reason that the catapult doesn't have a peon pushing it unlike in beta

well im using gmax and if i had 3dsmax i probly have turen pushing the thing orcs running out of the towers and trolls shooting at people from top.

And also the animation is going to have like 9 walks each one with a diffrent number of orc in it where you can ehance it with triggers so say you load 3 grunts in it, it will show 3 grunts. but i forgot how to make them disapere with out deleteing them. can you tell me how?

Geosetanims. Make each one in its own geoset and set them to be invisable during X animations but visable during Y animations

mm ok i got another question i done animations before but i end up getting them so random due to the fact that there are no key frames that reset the unit to its orginal animation. what would be the best way to set the animations up from frame to frame?
