How To Change Size Of Attachments On A Unit?

When I attached a weapon (short sword) to a hero using the object editor the short sword looked no more like a short sword because it was so gigantic! Anyone know how I can change this? Cause I'm also having that same problem with the other models.

You need to change the attachment to the scale you want

well if you can't edit the model there no way that i no off to shrink the attachment start complaining to all the people that make the attachments to big that might fix your problem
