Enforcing manners and ethiquette? The new moderators seem to be able to type out messages with minimal or no profanity at all (no all caps too).
Shouldn't it be a requiement?
EDIT: I guess no one takes the rules seriously.

There are rules. The main forum moderator is oz02 has written strict rules under strict circumstances. He monitors the forums nearly 24/7 everyday and other moderators do follow the rules.

Don't know.
Each section moderator only remove inappropriate resource.
I didn't hear anything about getting banned on comments.

He deletes offensive comments and warns the users... after a warning also a 1 week ban results
