I wouldn't call it good. Nowhere near enough detail, the sword looks like a recolor with a filter, and the whole thing looks like a big mashing of recoloring and filters.

Honestly, it's as if you people have no idea of quality.

Duh... Using filters? Do it without even using it! You did not even changed much, it still remains the same, just with more 'details' by filtering. It lacks shading too.
