WE AI editor on campaigns

WE AI editor on campaigns

I really dont know anything about this AI editor and i was trying to make cmp players to do something automatically in my campaign but couldnt get it work...
So i would like to know is it even possible to make cmp players to "play" with the AI editor or do i need to make triggers for all of their moves?

Of course it is posibale to make AI for a computer.
The computer automaticaly casts spells with the excption of death pact.

Yeah i know computer casts always spells automatically but i meant that they would gather resources and attack now and then. But i dont want to use the melee AI since then cmp does a lot of things which isnt proper for my campaign...
So i would like to know could a novice like me do such AI with the AI editor? Some tips maybe?

You HAVE NOT said what sort of AI you want.

If you want a simlar AI to melee AI but with custom units use the AI editor or AMAI.
If you want hero AI for an arena use triggers.
