Ugh.. on some of my items I don't want shadows.. can you remove them? I don't see how you can in object editor.

What about makin a screen, marking the shadow u mean in paint and uploading it (for example on imageshack) ?
Maybe i can help you if i understand your problem

i wouldn't mind getting rid of it myself but i dunno either, but then its not a huge deal for me
