A community project put together on the Battle.net forums, this is a fully playable Melee Naga race. Includes everything that every other race has, from 4 heroes to casters to heavy air, ect.
The project is open source, that anyone can give suggestions or change it for themselves.
Mhm i think it would be better to still have orc So you should make naka selectable by a dialog or chatstring with a notification to other players that the naga's have been chosen
