These rules will really cut down alot of rule breaking icons.

I've got a suggestion: get rid of the DISPASBTN slot, seeing as it literally serves no purpose. Replace it with a Misc. spot, where people can put score-screen icons or autocast ones.

Some of those icons you deleted went with specific models...I thought the whole idea about having so many icons was that you never might know what people might need (okay, I've never met someone needing a muffin icon, and I hate DBZ...no tears shed here for loosing those). But clearing out icons that are low quality may be kind of imposing...what's next, low quality maps and models...?

most icons i deleted that were terrible, i checked to see how many times theyve been downloaded... if ts under 10 they were gone.

I recently saw alot of icons without the metal border.
Not to mention I reliase the templates for them because I saw them in google image search...

Should the icons be in Blp format when you submit them? And I dont understand why you cant CnP from others cartoons or movies.

Explay why copying from a movie or cartoon would be lame but copying from an other game wouldnt

In my opinion CnP from cartoons or movies look quite bad because people recognise it/its bad quality. But from other games, its created for the game and looks good quality...
