Why my icon is green when it should be the DISBTN

I have all icons imported correct, and i used some icon for hero and abilities, but whenever the hero is dead, the icon didnt go darker, but went green...

same happened to my spells, what can i do for it?

Did you import them all?

Did you get all paths right?

Did you re-dl it?

Did you send it to wc3 viewer as 24-bit?
