This is a Icon Contest.. here are the rules..

(1) Only post your ICONS!!

(2) If your icon does not have a disabled.. it is ok.. but.. it is most desired for you to have a disabled..

(3) No taking a picture of a banana or something and just copy, pasting it!!

(4) no letter icons..

(5) must have a icon border line.

The ending of this contest will be: July 28th 2004.

And yes i will post icons but they do not count.. cause im the one running this Contest..

And if i can do this prize.. it will be a custom title..

But i see you already have a custom title.. i dont know if thats just the moderator title or a custom title.. probuably mod title.. i dont know if a custom title effects ur mod title..

How do you plan to give someone a custom title if you have no right to do so?

Erm.. i was wondering that myself.. maybe ask a moderator.. i have no idea.

I think you'd better offer a different prize, because there will be no custom user titles given away unless it is an official contest. SOryy if I'm being a little harsh, but then everyone who makes their own contest will want a custom user title and it will become a meaningless prize.
