Seriously. I fail to see the purpose, simular to how I fail to see the purpose in any RPGs set in a different universe to Azeroth, or at least a universe that isn't medieval
1 reason is to play with people who dont have WoW and would like to play a game of WoW on Wc3 even though its not like it, it can bring exitement to those unfortunate enough to have WoW.
