How do you know, in the .blp image, where to put the weapon image, the body image, the head image ... ?
How the program takes each piece of the image to put it on the right piece of the model ? Why a confusion by the program (body instead of weapon) is impossible?

are you trying to skin a custom model, or a pre-existing wc3 model? cause if youre trying to skin a wc3 model, the head, body and parts are already set in their places.
