Instant cast with no cooldown--- I need help.

Hey, im making a new map with a spell that needs to be casted veeerrrryyy fast... like when u set the cooldown to 0, it has a small amount of cooldown, and i need it just to be an instant cast type of thing without the cooldown. If any of you have any ideas, suggestions, etc. reply here thanks!

~most spells, if set to 0 cooldown cannot be recasted until you move~

try 0.01 cooldown

Ill try that... thanks for the reply, hold on. Egh, same result, i suppose it will take some JASS or tiggers... . Well if anyone has any more ideas, give me a reply.

what type of spell is it...different spells have different thinks that you can edit...
