How do you make a spell where you click on a skill and all the buttons like attack, stop, move, go away and are replaced with a menu of spells to use.(like what happens when you lvl and you click on the learn new spell button)

Use the item ability spellbook and make it a unit ability. Add the skills to the book you want, change the skill position and so on...
