cant extract !! PLZ HELP!

cant extract !! PLZ HELP!

i tried gettin a model, but it wont extract! i right clicked on it and clicked extract, then a popup came saying where it would be extracted to and i clicked next and nothing happened! PLEASE HELP

p.s. some maps wont extract for me either!!

Try a different extracting porgram such as WinRAR, WinZip or WinAce.

i dont think i have any. Is there any site where i could download them?
