I wish somone could handle all the models that are submitted. They are just keep getting from bad to crap...No one boders to make a REAL Warcraft 3 model anymore...jesus !

So don't complain. My only real beef is with floods of any kind; model packs are not difficult to assemble. And generic WoW ports are getting up my nose too.

To clear all up: What I meant when I wrote "real Warcraft 3 Model" I meant of a model that's not a little girl or a car or something like that. Just something more medieval, like a general, swordsman, king etc...If Mecheon was upset for what I said that's his problem and my opinion.

Warcraft has enough 'real warcraft 3 models'. Maybe there are not many true medieval models, but why making a swordsman model which is already in mpq.

I don't really like fantasy games, but the ability to import custom models of other themes/time periods (ex. modern, futuristic) it makes warcraft 3 my favourite game.

Most guys that were working on wc3 models lost interest in this game ages ago. Custom games are only dota dota and more dota crap. Dont expect a increase of visual spezza of wc3 models, unless blizzard pulls a new patch with new models

as for the others: I agree. The models you make are mearly attachments if anything. You made a lich, but i see no difference between your lich and a wc3 lich. The frostmourne you even went through the trouble of putting 2 times on the site! WOW!

The usefulness of a model is relative as some people prefer medieval style games while others like modern or futuristic. If there's something you need to realize, it's that people have different interests, and I don't really think it's up for you to decide what people should be interested in. I think this goes the same way for maps, which links to my perspective on DotA.

If you look carefully there's more quality stuff than that submitted one or two years ago. The fact that it's submerged by wow rips it's another story...

Anyway, what's that shortening DotA? I know it's a gameplay type.

DotA is a map that has been copied too many times by other users who wanted to make changes to it, it has become a plague and Bnet is filled with DotA.

You want to make a futuristic map.... maybe a Starship battle or RPG map... where do you get you custom models from, if there are only middle-age files on WC3sear.ch ...
A lot of awsome moddels would be cut of this site.... (I think of the models of [ olofmoleman ], [ Rao Dao Zao ] or [ Illidan(Evil)X ] and a few others!)

If all of these models are off this site, I wont come hgere again.... and I think, alot of the others will do, too!
