PLz help me!!do anyone knows a program with i can edit skins or make!!!(me newB)so plz help!!!

A "good" free program is The GIMP which you can find in the tools section at this site. Else of profesional programs which you have to buy I can recomend Adobe Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro
