Spell Book problem

Spell Book problem

Im having a problem here.
lets say i have 2 different spell book skills in a unit.
one has fireball and mana shield, the other has frostnova and frost armor.
whenever i open the first spell book, all spells form it PLUS the spells from other spell books appears in it.
so i open ONE spell book to see Fireball, mana shield, frost nova and frost armor all in one.
why is that?

In D3fianc3 ORPG the undead ice mage has like 4 types of spell book abilities but it doesnt bug like mine. hows that? i tiried looking at the gameplay constants but didnt found anything usefull

please help

EDIT: for easier undesrtanding

all spellbooks that have the same "basic command id" share their spells.
change it and you have seperate spellbooks.
