UMSWE 4.1 doesnt work !! I cant upload any maps...

The regular world editor. You can never go wrong with that. Expect these sort of problems when you use buggy 3rd party garbage.-VGsatomi

but when I download a map and try to change it in world editor it doesnt work! It says "this map has been saved by a recent version". For gods sake what does it mean!!!

Why do you want to change anything in maps downloaded from anywhere?
