Help with the Image Extractor

So I decided I wanna try skinning again. I DLed the WC3 Image Extractor (cuz I deleted my old one), but this one won't run. Whenever I try to start the .exe, a message comes up reading:

"Failed to load control "CommonDialogue" from comdlg32.ocx. Your version of comdlg32.ocx may be outdated, make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with the application."

Any idea whats goin wrong and how I can fix it?

I had exactly the same problem. u can dl the right comdgl32 at oinkerwinkle(tools).com i dont know where exactly, but its on that site

Thanks for the link but I searched the site and can't seem to find the download. Does anyone have a clue where to DL this file?
