Orb that gives a %of a heroe's intelligence into damage

I made a dark templar and it has an ability called Psyonic Scythe wich gives him a chance to damage target units with a damage bonus equal to a percentage of the Dark Templar's intelligence, sorta Rikki Maru's ability do do extra damage for his intelligence points. How can I triger this ability?

There is spell Omnislash (download in Slpell section) witch damage is based on hereos atributes. You may take look on this

UnitDamageTarget - Attacking Unit, Triggering Unit, Integer to Real ( Get Hero Intelligence ( Get Attacking Unit ) ), blah, blah, blah.
