Well... you could save the unwrap as a bmp, convert to tga, edit the alphas, and then convert it to blp. The problem is that it takes some time to do this with every skin :\... Other option is to ask in WC3C, and see if Whitehorn can submit them.I got lucky and could download them right before the link fucked up
