triggered neutral attackers are retreating!

I'm working on my Full Action RPG Preview Map, and there are a couple of parts when heroes enter a rect and monsters are created all around them and ordered to attack the party. That works, but after some time they retreat to their creation point. Why is that? How can I fix that? I didn't even hurt them that badly and they just f*cked off!! (I could go after them if they weren't amphibious... but thats not the point I don't want my players running after coward creeps!)

The most probable answer is because they are neutral hostile units. Neutral hostile units will return to their creation point after their enemy retreats even a little. Just use a player as the creeps.

change the Creep Return Range in the Gameplay Constants to 9999999999. Please note that this will stop normal creep camp units from running back after a lil bit.

thanks a lot: I'll try PurplePoot's method first, and if I get followed by creeps until my last fleeing step I'll try changing EVERYTHING in the map so I can implement Leviathan's one
