Very quick question......?

Hey all,

Just wondering how to get objects (such as doodads) onto tables, benches etc. For instance, I want to get a sword model onto a table inside of a weapons shop. I have the model and it's in WEU but I'm not sure how to lift it off the ground to put it on the table. Check out the Dungeon Crawlers map in the RPG section - he has a nice way of doing it. Maybe it's a simple keyboard shortcut. I have WarEdit Unlimited if that helps.....
Thanks,
D

hrmm...

You could always set the model to a unit and make the unit have a certain fly height. But hey at just about everything.

You can do it with doodads somehow...
Setting it as a unit is a good idea, but can you actually set fly height????
Thanks.

Is the dungeon crawlers map locked? If not, just look it up in the map itself. If it is, PM the creator and ask for help, after all, he knows how to do it. :)

you can set a doodads height via strg+pageup/down

Got it! It's ctrl+pageup/pagedown

Thanks for the help - this will really enhance my map!
Making the doodad a flying unit also works well, so thanks again!

by changing heights u still cant place em on top of eachother, i thought u can do that by holding shift and then moving doodads on eachother
