Need help with my skin

It's suppose to be Lurtz from LOTR (I know he don't have the white hand on his face and flag but I wasn't able to had them since I only have one side of the face and the flag do not change in game)
So every constructive comments are welcome ^_^

try using smaller brushes to get rid of blurriness.

I think you should make it lighter with much highlights if that's what you meant.

Wait, this is suppose to be Lurtz? The face doesn't look anything like him as shown here:

His skin is more violet and his face has a white hand print. Unless you are trying to skin a different version of him?

Also, if he is not suppose to be wearing gloves, I'd suggest you remove the glove seams.

Yes I know he should have a white hand in his face (look in my first message) but I only have one side of the face so I think it will look weird .So if anyone tell me how I can have both side of his face that would be awsome .

My apologies for not reading the first post more carefully. With the white hand, you could redo the UV map and create a two sided face, but that's only if you wish into getting into modeling.

My picture didn't show the gloves so I didn't know, I just said remove them if they did (because I couldn't remember him having them frmo movie).

I'd also suggest more detail on armor; it looks a little dull. Try one of the tutorials for adding metal (preferably Afronight's).

Yeah, you are right the armor is kinda dull,the thing is Ive searched in google for a good pic of him with his armor but I got none yet but I promise I will improve the armor.Another thing, about his skin color,I watched the movie a few times and I still don't know what should be his skin color .Anyway I will work on the armor tonight and post it when I think it will be okay.(thx again for ur tips )
