Problem solved (I think)
The Oinkerwikle's tools are made in Visual Basic 5 or 6. The Comctl32.ocx file is an activeX component required to run the tools. Try searching for it in your computer or on the Net and copy it in the same directory of the programs and in System32 folder of the Windows directory and even in the Windows directory...Hope this works.
