BTNfirearrows.jpg needs DISBTN, please help!

There's a firearrow(s) icon in icons section under abilities. It doesn't have that disabled version. Could somebody please help and make it there?

Download the icon, convert it to tga with a tool (under toolsection?), then do as said in http://www.wc3sear.ch/index.php?p=Tutorials&t=Create_Icons ("make disabled"), and then convert back to blp
