Ability question?

I want my building to have a permanent cold slow aura around it and do some cold dmg when an enemy unit attacks it.

This should be in the spell forum, but anyway, you should use a negative command aura (or any aura that gives +move speed). Taking damage when hitting that unit would be Thorn's Aura with only self as targets.
