how can i turn the starfall in something new?

i want to make starfall shoot breaths of frost but i don't now how to do it?can you help me?

(the problem is that these won't fall from the sky)

change the starfall Effect Art ( in Starfall ( Effect ) in the Buffs/Effects section ) to whatever you want it to look like.
