How do you submit Skins because I have some I would like to share but of course I'm new and I need help.
If you are new like me please ask write your questions here for others to answer...

Click on "Add/Update Resources" at the top of the page. There you can manage your resources (including skins), just click proper category.

or you can also go to
www.wc3anvil.net/ and sub your skins there, right nooystance?
