giving heros abilities souly from triggers!

can someone tell me how to make a menu box that will allow me to give units abilities by what they pick? kind of like a custom hero map but you pic your abilities using the menu instead of the buildings.

use a Dialog Box ( do you know what these are? )

i have nvr used one before can you show me how to attach abilities to the dialog box?
