Ok two problems the first problem is my loading screen picture is kinda purple when i look at it in the game the 2nd problem is when any1 else sees it the screens entirely white.
Patch the version of warcraft to the newest. Check if you have the right path. And perhaps if both doesn't work donwload a map editor where you can change the loading screen. Loading Screen Images could only be in the Blizzard Model File. Don't use JPEG or something like this!
