How to give custom animation to a model?

Can anyone help me? I want to make a custom animation in a model i'm developing, it's a cinematic arthas and i want to give him a very special animation, but all i have about animations its animation transfer of oinkerwinkle. Could anyone tell me how can i do the animation?

If you wanna make a custom anim, you need gmax, 3ds max, or oinkerwinkles note track, wich I dont recomend. Its all very hard, so i suest asking some one to make it for you in the request forum.
