What's wrong with my cinematic?

I made a cinematic that should start at the begining of the game but when it enters cinematic mode nothing hapends.

-Map Initialization-

-Cinematic-Turn Cinematic Mode on for all Players
-Cinematic-Turn Letterbox mode [hide interface] for all players
-Camera-Aply camera<001> for all players over 0.00
-Unit-Order Soldier002 to move to center of region X
-Unit-Order Soldier001 to move to center of region Y

map initialization = when the map is loading
maybe use elapsed time = .1 seconds or something

hmm, i think letterbox mode and cinematic mode can live without each other. Since both hides interface, use 1 if you wish.

Add also a fade out, fading out and in is a CIN's best friend, make it smooth.

Letterbox mode is that, when you ingame pres ENTER

when u press ENTER ingame is a TEXTBOX for chatting..

LETTERBOX Mode hides gameplay interface (console).
