Best: Siegfried. I absolutely slaughter anyone with him, and have a very nasty juggle. He's like Nightmare but better

Well, from what I've seen in by brief experiences playing fighting games:

The big, slow powerful guys always get their butts kicked.

The small, speedy weak guys always get their butts kicked.

The game gener seems to revolve around exploiting weaknesses rather then utilizing strengths, so it seems to be the well-rounded "jack of all trades" characters, particularly those with good anti-air attacks, that appear to own the most...at least from my perspective. However some fighting games are very well balanced, and really do depend on player skill alone.

I know Shujinko has like a copy of everyones attacks,
but can whip like anyone with Sub-Zero, and not by just freezing them constantly.
